Installation and operations
Running on your own server, backups and updates.
Formjo runs on your own server. The database and files stay inside your organization; only an installation ID and usage information are sent to us for license validation.
A Linux server running Docker (at least 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 20 GB disk) and HTTPS access to the license server. Installation takes about 10 minutes.
Ready-made scripts are included for backup, restore and version upgrades. An upgrade takes a backup first, and database changes are applied at startup.
Licensing and pricing
Subscriptions, user tiers and license renewal.
You receive a product key with your subscription. Every day your server contacts our license server and obtains a 7-day license; if the subscription ends or the connection is down for more than a week, the application shows a license warning.
Plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions priced by user tier. You pick the tier that fits your organization and can add extra users as you grow. Current prices are on the Pricing page; all amounts exclude VAT.
You can explore the live demo right away. Plans may include a free trial; the applicable period is shown under each plan on the pricing page.
Features
Forms, workflows, approvals and operations.
Build request forms with the versioned form designer, draw processes with the visual workflow designer, and run chain, parallel and conditional approvals with the approval engine. Purchasing, leave, asset assignment and operations run on the same platform.
The assistant helps you get answers about your processes and fill in forms faster. Where it is available depends on your plan.
Yes. In-app, email and real-time notifications are included; actions are kept in an audit log and can be reported on.
Security and integration
Authentication, authorization and working with other systems.
Yes. Sign-in and the organization hierarchy (manager relationships) are supported through LDAP/AD; local accounts can be used as well.
Access is role- and permission-based; you decide who can reach which form, workflow and report according to your organization. The manager hierarchy is used automatically in approval chains.
Yes. Formjo can integrate with Intrawe, but it is a separate product and can also be purchased on its own.
